 ANALYSIS AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

At SolutionMakers we optimize your processes through different stages, each one carried out in conjunction with your management team and the appropriate personnel for each of the company´s department. Not all stages are necessary for each project. However, it is important to inform and train your personnel to go through each one to obtain a successful result. Our methodology has 3 phases:

1. Process gathering: once we defined the desired result we proceed to gather all the processes´ details identifying areas where waste is generated, the people involved in the process, and improvement opportunities.
2. Analysis and design: once we have the details of the processes, we develop an analysis and a prioritization of the improvements through a Current Value Map, so we can then design a Future Value Map.
3. Implementation and control: training for all necessary personnel and implementation of the improvements with their corresponding follow-up and control.
